Blairwood Condominiums is a 20-unit, newly constructed townhome project in Carmichael (Sacramento County), California. Pathfinder acquired 19 unfinished townhomes (one unit had been previously sold) from a regional lender in December, 2009. Our business plan is to complete interior construction and market the homes.

Blairwood consists of two eight-unit buildings and one four-unit building. The project has seven floor plans - two bedroom/two bath, two bedroom/two-and-one-half baths and three bedroom/three bath ranging from 1,410 to 1,663 square feet (average of 1,470 square feet). The units have upgraded finishes, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and one or two-car garages.
