| Lorne Polger, Managing Director is the former
head of the Real Estate and Environmental Law Team at Procopio,
Cory, Hargeaves and Savitch LLP, one of San Diego’s oldest
and largest law firms. Lorne’s legal practice includes acquisitions
and dispositions, development, finance, syndication, leasing, residential,
office and industrial condominium conversion and construction. Lorne
is recognized for his multi-family expertise, where he has represented
clients in apartment, condominium and condominium conversion transactions
throughout the United States exceeding $4 billion in value. In addition,
Lorne has worked on a wide variety of commercial transactions, including
entity formations, asset sales, stock sales, mergers and licensing.
He graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Colorado College,
cum laude, in 1984, and earned his law degree from UCLA in 1988.
Lorne serves as a Director of the San Diego Chapter for the CCIM
Institute and as Chairman of the Regional Board of Directors
of the Anti Defamation League. |

| Mitch Siegler, Managing Director has founded
and served as CEO of several consumer-based businesses during the
past 15 years. Mitch has extensive experience in management, marketing,
operations and corporate finance. Previously, Mitch spent five years
as a partner in a boutique investment banking and venture capital
firm, where he worked on more than 40 financings, mergers or acquisitions.
He also spent five years as a finance and operations executive for
Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration,
with honors, majoring in Finance and Economics from the University
of Missouri, Columbia and an MBA, with the highest honors, from
the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. |
