Lorne Polger, Senior Managing Director and Co-Founder, is the former head of the Real Estate and Environmental Law Team at Procopio, Cory, Hargeaves and Savitch LLP, one of San Diego's oldest and largest law firms. Lorne's legal practice included acquisitions and dispositions, development, finance, syndication, leasing, residential, office and industrial condominium conversion and construction. Lorne is recognized for his multi-family expertise, where he has represented clients in more than $6 billion of apartment, condominium and condominium conversion transactions throughout the U.S. Lorne has also worked on a wide variety of commercial transactions, including entity formations, asset sales, stock sales, mergers and licensing. He graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Colorado College, cum laude, in 1984, and earned his law degree from UCLA in 1988. Lorne served as a Director of the San Diego Chapter for the CCIM Institute and serves as Chairman of the Regional Board of Directors of the Anti Defamation League.

Mitch Siegler, Senior Managing Director and Co-Founder From 1992 until co-founding Pathfinder in 2006, Mr. Siegler founded and served as CEO of several businesses. He has extensive experience in management, corporate finance, marketing and operations. Mr. Siegler previously spent five years as a partner with Sorrento Associates, Inc., a boutique investment banking firm and Sorrento Ventures, a venture capital firm. He concluded more than 40 mergers, acquisitions or financings with private and publicly-traded companies and was involved in numerous workouts and restructurings. He also participated in scores of private financings totaling more than $1 billion. During his career, he also spent several years as a partner with a national management consulting firm and five years as a finance and operations executive with Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with honors, majoring in Finance and Economics from the University of Missouri, Columbia and an MBA, with the highest honors, from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.

Bill Ballard, Managing Director, Acquisitions and Investments, oversees Pathfinder's acquisitions and investments strategy. Bill is a 20-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. During his tenure with various national commercial brokerage firms, he has specialized in providing financial and analytical advisory services to real estate investors, developers and lenders on acquisitions of multi-family, industrial, office, retail, hospitality and land projects. Bill has held executive positions with the real estate divisions of Fortune 50 companies and international real estate investment and development firms and in the tax division of Arthur Andersen, LLP. Bill graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duke University with a B.S. in Accounting and Management Sciences.

Scot Eisendrath, Managing Director, Capital Markets, oversees Pathfinder's relationships with capital partners and oversees Pathfinder's analytics and financial analysis. During his tenure with various national commercial brokerage firms, he has specialized in providing financial advisory and capital market services to real estate investors, developers and lenders for multi-family, industrial, office, retail, hospitality and land projects. Scot has participated in the acquisition, disposition, development, asset management and/or financing of more than $8 billion of real estate assets, including 26,000 multi-family units and 17 million square feet of commercial space. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, with a B.A in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and an M.B.A., with emphasis in Finance, from San Diego State University.

Brent Rivard, Chief Operating and Finance Officer, is responsible for Pathfinder's financial, administrative, human resources and information technology functions and serves as a key advisor to management on major strategic initiatives. Brent concurrently is the COO & CFO of RJL Wealth Management, one of the nation's largest independent financial planning firms. Most recently, Brent was the CFO & COO for Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial in San Diego, one of Southern California's leading privately-held commercial real estate brokerage firms. Brent has previously worked as Vice President, Finance and Operations at The MHA Group and Vice President, Accounting and Finance/Treasurer at NYSE-traded AMN Healthcare, where he was involved with the placement of more than $1 billion in debt and equity securities and led the company's mergers and acquisitions practice. Prior to that, he worked for Deloitte & Touche. Brent, a Certified Public Accountant graduated Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Business Economics. Paul Needelman, Director of Acquisitions, has been responsible for Pathfinder's acquisitions since 2007. From 1995 until joining Pathfinder, Paul was involved in residential mortgage finance and has been involved in real estate sales and finance since 1980. He graduated from Wayne State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. Paul is currently a member of the San Diego Chapter of the CCIM Institute, the Arizona, Nevada and California chapters of the Turnaround Management Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.

Matthew Bucciero, Acquisitions Manager, joined Pathfinder in 2009. Previously, Matthew was a financial analyst for Newcastle Investment Corp., a publicly-traded REIT managed by Fortress Investment Group, a $25 billion, New York-based private equity firm. He also worked as an analyst for La Jolla, Califorina-based Avalon Capital Group and was part of the mutual fund group for Legg Mason Investments in Miami. Matthew graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University in 2002.

Matt Quinn, Associate, joined Pathfinder in 2009. Previously, he was affiliated with Gateway Partners, Inc., a San Diego-based firm which consulted on mergers and acquisitions and with the Wealth Management division of Santa Barbara Bank & Trust. Mr. Quinn is a 2010 MBA Candidate at the Rady School of Management at UCSD and graduated in 2005 from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Business/Economics.
