Fontana Pacific Homes is a 36-home subdivision in Fontana (San Bernadino County), CA near Interstate-15 in California's Inland Empire region. Pathfinder and its capital partner acquired the loan on the substantially-completed, detached homes from a regional bank in July, 2009. We concluded foreclosure in September, 2009 and plan to sell or rent units.
