Garden at Thyme Square is a 45-townhome subdivision in Cloverdale (Sonoma County), CA, about 85 miles north of San Francisco on State Highway-101. Pathfinder and its capital partner acquired the remaining 38 partially-completed townhomes in September, 2009. Our business plan is to complete remaining (finish) construction and sell or rent units.

Garden at Thyme Square is comprised of four floor plans - two to three bedroom/two to two-and-one-half bath - ranging in size from 1,100 to 1,800 square feet (average of 1,350 square feet) with attached, two-car garages. The buildings have stone and stucco exteriors with tile roofs.
